These terms and conditions apply between Randøy feriepark AS, Org.nr: 989 675 982) and the person who, himself or through another, orders or pays for space at Randøy feriepark. The person ordering/paying is stated as "Customer" in the terms and conditions. The supplier is listed as " Randøy holiday park".
The booking/payment applies to the rental of campsites at Randøy holiday park. The customer is obliged to follow Randøy holiday park's "Rules".
To book and pay for a campsite on the website bobil.randoyferiepark.no, the customer must be at least 18 years old. To be able to pay the fee, a bank card or Vipps and BankId or equivalent are required. Payment is made directly, also when booking.
The price includes rental of a motorhome space, booking fee and possible connection (including consumption) of electricity.
All places are booked from 12:00 to 12:00.
The stated space includes safety distances of up to 4 meters to neighbors. The safety distance also applies to fixed installations such as awnings, etc.
Camper vans are parked in designated spaces to maintain a safety distance of 4 meters.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the information on the booking confirmation is correct. Booking confirmation is sent via email and as a text message (SMS). In the event of an error, Randøy holiday park must be contacted within 7 days of receiving confirmation, but no later than 24 hours before arrival.
All prices are in NOK and include VAT.
Cancellations can only be made online via the link in the confirmation email. The customer can cancel up to 72 hours before the start of the stay and receive a refund of the booking value.
The customer ensures the protection that the customer considers necessary, such as liability, vehicle, accident and luggage insurance. Randøy holiday park is not responsible for damage or loss caused by third parties, nor for assets left behind.
The customer undertakes to take good care of the rental property and the facility, follow the rules of order, instructions and regulations that apply, and ensure that fellow travelers/visitors do the same.
Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, the customer/guests must exercise the utmost consideration and silence towards other guests.
Regulations for safety distances when setting up caravans and motorhomes must be followed. The distance between two units must be at least four meters.
Instructions for waste separation must be followed. Please note that only household waste is handled at Randøy holiday park.
Payment of the fee is made online.

In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics and other events that can be considered force majeure, Randøy holiday park may terminate the agreement, whereby customers and guests shall be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, Randøy holiday park is obliged to refund the amount paid, with except for the benefit derived from the place.
